City Line Apartments – Renovations

Interior renovation of 200 apartments spread over 18 buildings. We turned 8 units per week, 4 second floor and 4 first floor units.  The tenants were moved out on a Sunday, relocated to hotels and then moved back in the following Sunday. A major flood occurred in the late stages of the project displacing 100 families living in the lower 100 units.  Once the flood water receded, we helped the Owner with emergency repair work.  After a two month schedule delay, we resumed work to complete the project under the original duration of our contract.
