Location:       Roseland, NJ
Description:  Added 7,000 SF second floor mezzanine office space to existing warehouse and renovated existing 7000SF of second floor office.  Office space included 500 SF Data Center including raised floor.
Challenges:   Needed to be done while business was in operation.  Coordinated with owner to minimize interruption. 

 

Owner:           Metro Fresh Produce Company
Location:       Roseland, NJ
Description:   Converted 30,000 SF Warehouse Print shop into 20,000 SF Refrigerated Space, 2000 SF office, 3 loading docks, battery charging, and dry storage space
Challenges:  Erected insulated Panels inside Dry Warehouse Space.

 

Owner:            AFI Foodservice Distributors
Location:        Roseland, NJ
Description:   Converted 15,000 SF Refrigerated Space into -10 degree Freezer Space.  Constructed additional 15,000 SF 36 degree cooler.
Challenges:    Had to remove concrete floor and install under floor warming system for new   
 Freezer.  Had to convert sprinkler to dry system.

 

Owner:           Port Authority of NY&NJ
Location:        Elizabeth, NJ
Description:    Built 175,000 SF Multi-Temp Warehouse, 32 ft Clear height, 26 dock doors.  Including: 22,000 SF Office 75,000 SF Dry Warehouse, 8 Temperature zones, encompassing: 32,000 SF Freezer, 37,000 SF Refrigerated
Challenges:    Built on 8 acre former landfill.  Used extensive geotechnical expertise to  dynamically compact the site in lieu of standard piled footings.  Highly energy efficient utilizing; motion sensitive lighting, heat exchangers from the refrigeration system to warm the floors and cool the offices. Followed extensive building code established by the PA of NYNJ.

 

Owner:           Performance Food Group
Location:       Elizabeth, NJ
Description:  Built 150,000 SF addition to building above.  Included expanded Freezer,      and Refrigerated space.  Also converted existing loading dock into USDA inspected meat cutting facility.

 

Owner: Au Bon Pain
Location: Tannersville, PA
Description: Interior Build out of 3000 SF French Bakery.
Challenges: Coordinated with Chelsea Management (Mall Owner) to facilitate a less than 90 day schedule.
